CT Institute of Higher Studies, Senior Secondary Wing organised an expert session on "Holistic Development with Meditation" under the headship of Kartik Sir, conducted by Dr. Radhika Kotamraju, a trained yoga instructor, and coordinated by Ms. Deeksha Sondhi. Dr. Radhika guided students on the importance of meditation, yoga, spirituality, and balanced living through a motivational talk and practical meditation sessions.
